1. How did you hear about Galvanized Fitness?
To be honest I heard about Galvanized fitness by meeting Felicity at the mother’s day lunch at Country Bumpkins.
2. What made you start training with Galvanized Fitness?
I love exercise and love people. Living so far out of town it’s a trek to get the kids to the gym so when i heard there was a boot camp close to home after hours i thought i would give it a go.
3. How long have you been a member?
Since May 2017
4. What event/race have you got coming up?
I Just competed at the Australian titles and Melbourne royal show at the end of September in Showjumping. I place in one of my events at the Aus titles which was a massive goal for me and my horse. We travelled down to Werribee for a 4 days of competition and came home for a week to work then went back to Melbourne royal for a week. I have several shows coming up to round out the end of the year but im most excited about doing Tough Mudder with the galvanised group mid November.
5. Have you ever competed in this event before?
I have never done Tough Mudder or any type of fitness orientated event before.
6. What is your favourite boot camp exercise?
I love boxing.
7. Least favourite?
Hmm is it bad to say i love it all.
8. What advise would you recommend to any one else out there about fitness and a healthy life style?
The hardest thing is starting, once you get going the swing of it and see the benefits its easy to keep going.
9. Would you recommend people to join Galvanized Fitness and why?
Absolutely!!!! I have never met such a nice group of people. Sometimes its a bit daunting going into a new group of people but this group is great and Felicity is by far one of the best trainers i have met! I love the variety of the sessions. You never get bored with the same routine and always work hard!
