Profile

With a background in competitive swimming Tom has always had a passion for fitness and truly values the benefits of movement, strength training and technical skills formed in the gym. 



Tom is motivating, approachable, and gets a kick out of helping people push to achieve their goals. He loves creating challenging yet functional workouts and with his Muay Thai and boxing experience growing up he loves throwing in a high energy combo for his clients to master in his boxing classes. 


When he’s not coaching or training in the gym or participating in a fitness competition Tom is running around after his little one or running around the field at hockey.
