Performance

Sessions a run by professional qualified coaches and all exercises are tailored to suit your fitness abilities. 

45/60 min sessions

Our classes run for either 45min or 60min which includes a proper warmup, main set and cool down space at the end

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

High Intensity Interval Training just became a whole lot more interesting with the Queenax X2 500, get that heart rate pumping by swinging, jumping, climbing and lifting yourself in a circuit style workout around this amazing unit, enjoy the diversity of what this session brings. 

Limited to 24 people per class, suitable for all fitness levels.

BOOTCAMP

This is a full body workout that will make you sweat.

This session is designed to build strength and cardiovascular fitness through a variety of intense challenging sets. Using equipment ranging from kettle bells, battle ropes, med balls and body weighted exercises. This session is based around a main set (WOD) that can range from intermittent work/rest cycles, 10-30mins all out efforts of reps in a structured set, or group challenges.

BOXING

Learn the art of boxing with our experienced boxing coaches. From beginners to advanced, we will work with all levels of experience and make sure you get the most out of your session. A fun way to get a whole-body workout, improve your strength and release stress at the same time!

SATURDAY SUPER SESSION

The SATURDAY SUPER SESSIONS are a 1 hour long class which are a mix of bootcamp & functional training workouts to finish off your week. Designed to build strength and cardiovascular fitness through a variety of intense challenging sets. Using equipment ranging from kettle bells, battle ropes, med balls and body weighted exercises. 

Limited to 34 people per session.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Are you looking for a personalised session to help you reach your fitness goals, then this is the session for you. This is a one on one service with a qualified coach that will design a program that will help you reach all your fitness needs.

YOGA

The yoga sessions are a 1 hour long class and are suitable for any fitness level. Vinyasa Flow yoga which combines physical movement with the breath in a sequence of poses which flow on from one another. The poses vary and can be adapted, progressed and modified to suit all abilities.

SPORTING GROUPS

TEENS CLASSES

These sessions are 45mins long and only available for teenages between the ages 11 - 18 years. These sessions are run after school hours on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4.30 - 5.15. Suitable for all levels of fitness, building personal strength and confidence within each teen. A strict code of conduct applies so that all teens feel safe and supported.

Limited to 20 people per session.
