After humble beginnings as a community bootcamp run in Sutton, NSW, Felicity Lemke, Australian Olympic gold medalist, created Galvanized Fitness in 2018 to share her passion for fitness with others and inspire others to reach their potential. Galvanized Fitness has now been running in Watson, ACT, for about six years and continues to service members from the original Sutton area, as well as the expanding North Canberra community.
Galvanized Fitness is a boutique fitness studio which caters for all age groups, fitness levels and abilities. We focus on providing high-quality functional fitness training through workouts designed to challenge your body, so that you can reach your full potential, all while having fun. Galvanized Fitness provides one-on-one personal training, small group training and coaching for school groups, as well as a range of classes such as functional circuit training, bootcamps, teens classes, small group strength training, boxing, yoga and the beloved super Saturday sessions.
In 2024 Tiffany Morrison took over the business, having been a coach at Galvanized Fitness for over 5 years. She is not only an integral member of the gym community but also shares the same passion for health and fitness as Felicity and is keen to nurture and grow the gym further with the same values and ethos that was originally set in stone.
We are a gym community of like-minded, happy, healthy people from North Canberra and the surrounding regions and love putting the fun in functional training.
