What are Teens Classes?

These small group training sessions that are designed to help teens build strength, improve endurance, and boost confidence. Whether they are new to fitness or looking to level up their competitive sport, our classes provide a welcoming and supportive environment to help them reach their goals. Join us and get ready to sweat and smile!

Ages 11 -  17 Years

Whats involved in this class

These sessions are 45mins long and only available for teenages between the ages 11 - 18 years.


The sessions run after school hours on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4.30 - 5.15. Suitable for all levels of fitness, building personal strength and confidence within each teen.


A strict code of conduct applies so that all teens feel safe and supported.

Limited to 20 people per session.
