What is bootcamp?

Bootcamp is a full body workout that is based around a main set or WOD.

The main WOD can range from intermittent work/rest cycles, 10-30mins all out efforts of reps in a structured set, or group challenges. A huge range of equipment can utilised ranging from kettle bells, battle ropes, med balls and body weighted exercises.
