WHAT TO EXPECT


We run classes throughout the day so you can choose what suites your needs best. Sessions run for 45mins and class sizes have a maximum of 25 people.

Bookings for sessions is required through the website or mind body app. 

Qualified trainers will help guide you through the workouts and tailor to your needs. If you have an injury or find an exercise too difficult our qualified trainers will provide you with an alternate exercise so you are still included. 


HOW OUR SESSIONS RUN


Warm Up

It class starts with a warm up to help get your body ready for the main set. Our coaches design the warm up based on what the main set will be. 

Main Set

The main set is changed every day and will be a mix of strength & cardio movements.

Stretching

After warm-up we will run through some stretching to make sure you body is ready for the main set. If you have an injury this is good time to tell our coaches.

Cool down

After the main set the gym floor area is free for 15mins to give you time to stretch and cool down. 

 THINGS TO REMEMBER


A FOB (building access swipe) deposit of $25 will be required to access the building for your classes. 
FOB's are refundable on return
Ring the door bell on your first visit to be let in.
Bring a drink bottle and towel to help you get through your session.
