  • What are your membership fees?

    We offer a range of pricing options to suit your budget and needs. No lock in contracts or joining fees. Our membership page has all the details.

  • Do you offer casual visits or trial passes?

    We offer casual visits and all first time members to the gym can try our one week free trial to ensure its the right place for you

  • What are your opening hours?

    Our opening ours are when our classes are on. Appointments can be made if you would like to meet in person if you need to discuss anything.

  • Are there any joining or cancellation fees?

    No joining fees. Our membership options are month to month. 4 weeks notice is required when cancelling this membership. Cancellation fees can be applied for Super Saturday sessions if you cancel just before class. This is our most popular class and spaces are capped. 

  • What kind of equipment do you have?

    We have a huge range of fitness equipent such as dumbbells, squat racks, exercise bikes, ski-ergs, rowers and a Queenax rack. 


    Our range of equipment ensures that classes are always different so you don't get bored. 

  • Are showers and lockers available?

    Showers are located at Canberra Technology park and we can show you where to find them. We do have a few lockers if required but shelving is available for your gear. 

  • Do you have parking or easy public transport access?

    Canberra Technology Park has loads of free parking all day long. We are also close to local buses and the Tram is within walking distance

  • What types of classes do you offer (e.g., HIIT, yoga, strength)?

    We offer HIIT, Functional, bootcamp, boxing, strength, Teens and Core & Mobility. 


  • Are the classes included in the membership?

    All classes are included in the memberships and casual classes. 

  • Do you offer personal training or coaching?

    Our team of dedicated coaches also offer personal training when classes are not running.

  • How big are the group classes?

    We limit our classes to 25 people for the majority of classes. Super Saturday is capped at 40 members and for this class two coaches will be working the session. 

  • Can beginners join the classes?

    Yes. All classes are suitable for beginners as our trainers will alter and adjust the fitness session to suit your ability, injuries and fitness level.

  • Is the gym beginner friendly?

    We are beginner friendly. Every session is closely supervised by qualified coaches. Beginners receive guidance on correct technique, movement patterns, and safe progression—helping them build confidence and avoid injury. 


    Our members are also very welcoming to new members

  • What’s the atmosphere like—serious or more social?

    Our gym is really what you make it.

    We have great members that enjoy the social aspect and are regulars for coffee after classes. Other members are training to complete at events such as Hyrox, Bay Games etc. 

  • Is there help available if I don’t know how to use the equipment?

    Every member of our gym is shown how to use the equipment safely and our trainers will provide guidance on correct technique, movement patterns, and safe progression at every session.
