Our small group training sessions, led by qualified coaches, offer a fun and high-energy workout that will have you feeling empowered and strong. 


Our coaches will teach you how to punch and how to catch and we welcome anyone that hasn't boxed before. The coachs will take you through a 45min session helping guide you along the way.
