After joining the gym to get fit, strong and meet people Nichola found a love for a fit and healthy lifestyle. This led her to study fitness and learn about the mechanics of the body and how she can teach other to get fit and strong. She loves working up a sweat but also coaching and sharing her love to get fit and strong with her clients and reach their full potential. Nichola designs her sessions for all fitness and strength levels and loves throwing in a fun finisher to get the team sweating whilst having fun.
With two young children to chase around when Nichola isn't coaching or working out you can find her camping, or out bushing walking or mountain bike riding and exploring Canberra with her kids.
