COMING SOON TO WEDNESDAY NIGHTS
1 Hour 'Open Gym Floor' to come in and either work at your own pace on your strength movements (4 week rotation of whole body exercises) or use the time to work on your own rehab or gym technique or fitness goal.
Although not a strictly structured class a coach will be on the gym floor with 2 major compound lifes ( 4 week progression period), accessories and 2 different conditioning options.
Or if you wish to just come in and work on your own program a coach will be there to simply provide you with some tips to work on technique to smash your goals.
This self paced strength /open gym floor will be part of your normal classes to book into, spots will be limited to 16 people and bookings are essential!
Perfect for perimenopausal training, strength training, rehabilitation or if you've got a specific goal e.g. Hyrox / Bay Games.
