1. How did you hear about Galvanized Fitness?
A local connection - through the School Newsletter.
2. What made you start training with Galvanized Fitness?
A friend signed my husband and I up to a summer bootcamp in town and we caught the fitness bug. We were looking for something regular and after hours. We were also looking for something professional and challenging.
3. How long have you been a member?
We have been going regularly for nearly two years! It is hard to believe but I do not think we have ever done the same session twice! I think the variety, along with the friends we have made and the improvement to our own personal wellbeing has kept us motivated.
4. What event/race have you got coming up?
We just participated for the first time in Tough Mudder last weekend in the Galvanized Fitness team. Lets just say I am looking forward to the after party 🙂
5. Have you ever competed in this event before?
It was our first time and while it was a little daunting, Felicity worked well encouraging us all the way to the finish 🙂
6. What is your favourite boot camp exercise?
I love Felicity's killer ab sets!
7. Least favourite?
I have a few.... box jumps, bear crawls, burbies, and the "Bring Sally up squat challenge"...
8. What advice would you recommend to anyone else out there about fitness and a healthy life style?
Find something that can become part of your regular routine. Getting fit with my husband has made the world of difference too.
9. Would you recommend people to join Galvanized Fitness, and why?
Absolutely! Its professional, engaging, fun and social! Oh and it gives you great results!
